Join members of the College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture (CETA) for the Virtual Spring 2021 CETA Design Expo on Friday, April 30, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. You will have the ability to access various breakout rooms during the event to hear about projects from all majors.
Discover the incredible talent and bright minds of our sophomores and graduating seniors. For many, they have been working on these projects all academic year, and you will surely be impressed.
Sophomore teams will kick off the day with projects, including:

UVC Sterilizer
Heated Steering Wheel Cover
Anti-Fog and Voice-Amplified Face Mask
Bridge Monitoring System
Winning sophomore teams will be announced around 11 a.m.
Join us again in the afternoon starting at 12:30 p.m. as our graduating seniors present their Capstone design projects, including:
Revolutionizing Breast Cancer Detection Platforms with a 3D Printed Microfluidic Device
Automatic Parking Spot Assignment System Powered by Computer-Vision (CV)
Environmentally Friendly Air Purification Device to Improve Indoor Air Quality

Tutus Aerial Work Platform Mesh Design
A winner will be chosen from each breakout room to compete in our exciting shark tank round. Finalists will be expected to deliver their best elevator sales pitch on their project to our team of judges. Winners will be announced around 3:45 p.m.
