Kasey Zollo, News Editor

Are you looking for a way to express yourself and your story through words and get better at writing in general? Join Mental Health Connecticut for their Spring 2022 Write On! free writing workshop.

The workshop will be taught by the award-winning writer Janet Reynolds, and is designed for the students who want to find their voice when it comes to writing, and share their truth in a creative way. Participants of Write On! leave the workshop with new and advanced writing and storytelling skills, new ways to cope with stress or emotions, and most importantly, the confidence to share their stories.

Applications for the workshop are due on April 18th, 2022. The class size is limited to 15 people, so if you are thinking about taking on this opportunity, apply fast! Classes will take place on zoom on Thursday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 P.m. Classes will begin on May 5th, and continue until June 23rd.

This is a great opportunity to find a way to tell your story, as well as learn how to cope with emotional distress, or just stress in general, as well as to learn from an award-winning writer and editor. You can also apply the things you learn here to your normal classwork as well!
