“The state of our nation is always a guessing game. Here at the University of Hartford, we prioritize ethical discussions about our country’s presidency and the coverage leading up to the election season as one of our biggest concerns.
This Tuesday, September 26th, from 9:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., UHART will host guest speaker Professor Warren Goldstein, Chair of History & Philosophy, to speak about ongoing issues surrounding our nation’s political systems. Topics will include Supreme Court corruption, the ongoing battle for reproductive rights, racial injustice, and public perceptions of Joe Biden’s presidency.
This seminar is open to all who are interested in joining, and it provides a safe space for respectful engagement in discussions about sensitive subjects that affect us all in the United States.
The seminar will take place in the Harry Jack Gray Center in the KF Room. For further information about this seminar, please contact Library Reference at UHART at [email protected].
We hope to see you there!”
