This week’s female athlete of the week goes to Danielle Rocheleau of the University of Hartford’s women’s softball team. This Sophomore is awarded this after her involvement in the softball tournament this past weekend. In this tournament, Rocheleau batted .667 and had her first home run of the season. Also, during this tournament, the Whitinsville, Mass., native had five RBIs, two doubles, and even a triple. Daniella is clearly a huge asset to the softball team and will continue to be one as the University’s season continues in its early stage.
