Thursday, October 1st:

Wellness workshop: will be held via virtual UHart from 1-2 p.m. This is a chance to learn tools for reducing anxiety, self-care, mental health wellness, and connecting with others on campus. No registration is required.

Sciences Information Session: will be held via virtual UHart from 2:30-3:30 p.m. This session will provide information regarding the following sciences: Biology, Chemistry, Math, Physics, and Pre-Med.

Coffee connections: will be held via virtual UHart from 3-4 p.m. Quarantine can be overwhelming! Let’s help you navigate through it. This session provides helpful tips and tricks to staying safe, healthy, and happy.

Surviving the Semester: will be held via virtual UHart from 8-9 p.m. This will be the first meeting of this semester. Session will reflect on advice, tips, answer questions about the semester, and how to get through it.

 

Friday, October 2nd:

CT Business Matchmaker: will be held via virtual UHart from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The CT Business Matchmaker connects small businesses with companies and agencies that subcontract services and supplies. Identify potential partnerships quickly during a series of 10-minute one-on-one interviews.

RHA Bingo: will be held on the Village Lawn from 10 p.m. t0 12 a.m. Join RHA for our longest-running tradition of First Friday Bingo! Win amazing prizes!!

 

Saturday, October 3rd:

FRegents Fest: will be held on the Regents Park Courtyard from 4-7 p.m. Join the FRegents RA staff in an afternoon of activities including blender bikes, kickball game, selfie-booth, and relaxing by coloring and the celebrity name game with prizes.

 

Sunday, October 4th:

Sunset Yoga: will be held on the Harry Jack Gray Lawn from 5-6 p.m. Sponsored by the Residence Hall Association and the Hartford’s Events and Activities Team, Sunset Yoga is a relaxing time for students to unwind and relieve stress before the start of the week. Don’t forget a blanket, towel, or yoga mat.
