Women owned businesses throughout America have taken a toll when it comes to their business’s success due to the number of financial resources to help keep their companies up and running.

The University of Hartford aims to prioritize the success of every female student aspiring to operate and take part in their own businesses. This is why February 16th, from 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. The Entrepreneurial & Women’s Business Center (EWBC) at UHART will be hosting an Introduction to Connecticut’s Small Business Fund.

“Its aim is to provide access to working capital for those who need it most,” states Mary Flores of the EWBC in a recent UNotes Ad. (Accessible via UHART’s Website).

Business Coach, Janet Johnson will be the guest speaker during this assembly providing guidance and advice to all women interested in attending this event.
