Say the Wrong Thing at the Right Time!

Daniel Roy, News Editor

This week, the University of Hartford is leading a discussion-based seminar called: “Say the Wrong Thing at the Right Time!” from 12:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 12th.

This discussion will be led on the topics of supporting individual students’ identities in a respectful manner, allowing students to create strategies through conversing with one another on how to make UHART’s campus more equitable, inclusive, and safe for everyone.

UHART ensures this is a safe space for every student’s voice to be heard, and an opportunity to learn about the resources on campus which advocate for making everyone’s college experience on our campus as welcoming as possible.

A Google form will be provided for everyone to ask questions anonymously at the seminar for those uncomfortable with speaking openly, the link for this document will be provided below:

This event will take place in the University Commons, Private Dining Room, and hosted by UHART’s Office of Residential Life.

For further inquiries on this event, please reach out to Sharai Baltimore at their designated email, [email protected].

We hope to see you there!
