Happy National Arab American Heritage Month! To celebrate, the Muslim Student Association on campus is bringing attention to a couple of very exciting events!
On April 14th, MSA will be hosting a Jummah prayer in GSU room 134. It will be taking place from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM, and everyone is welcome to stop by and pray. This room can also be used to pray salah in between classes if one would like to. It is located on the first floor of GSU by the mailroom.
Following this, on April 15th, MSA would like to bring attention to the International
Center’s Ramadan event! This will be taking place in GSU333. Are you interested in either of these events or joining the Muslim Student Association itself? Joining is easy! You can join MSA on the University of Hartford Hub, or follow the organization on Instagram, @msauhart, in order to get more information about joining or stopping by. It is welcome to all students, Muslim or Non-Muslim, who want to learn more about Islam. MSA strives to develop a community for all students interested in learning. They meet on Fridays, or whenever accommodates the schedules of students in the organization.
