Get ready for an exciting week ahead with two engaging events brought to you by the University of Hartford!
First up, on Monday, April 29th, join us for a fun-filled kickball tournament organized by the Dean of Students Division of Student Affairs. From 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., faculty and staff are invited to gather on the lawn in front of the Gengras Student Union (GSU) for some friendly competition and camaraderie. Plus, enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch provided by Aramark Dining Services! For more details about this event, contact David Stender at [email protected].
Next, immerse yourself in the world of visual arts at the Joseloff Gallery’s (In) Tension exhibition, showcasing the semester’s best work by graduating seniors majoring in ceramics and painting studies. Running from Thursday, April 25th, to May 7th, the exhibition will be open to the public from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Featuring a diverse range of artists, including Ellie Layton, Carly Manfre, Ali Bakke, and more, this is an opportunity to experience the creativity and talent of our students. For inquiries about the gallery and its general hours of operation, reach out to Amanda Lusteg at [email protected].
Don’t miss out on these fantastic opportunities to connect, celebrate, and engage with our university community. We look forward to seeing you there!
