Last Thursday, February 20th Hawks Nest saw a multitude of performers for an exciting event. Live And Loud! The Valentine’s Show was a Hawks Nest event Organized by Redtail Records featuring classics performed by artists, for students. This was the fourth of four shows organized by Redtail since October 2024.
Redtail is a student-run artist management club that helps musicians grow their careers and helps organize performances.
Turnout nearly filled Hawks nest, as a large group of excited students eagerly awaited performances from a variety of musicians. The group featured hits celebrating Valentine’s Day, playing music both couples or “just friends” could enjoy. Emma Connors opened the night with Hopelessly Devoted to You, Wit Samantha Norton following up with Flesh & Bone. Later on, the two would perform Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga’s Die with a Smile. Vrish Murail took the stage with guitar in hand to perform an unreleased Harry Styles song that captivated the audience. If you haven’t seen the show yet be sure to catch the next one.
