CALLING ALL THEATER GEEKS!
November 16, 2022
The University of Hartford’s Hartt Theatre Division presents to all campus and faculty: “She Loves Me,” a play adapted from novelist Joe Masteroff.
The foundation of the play will be about a performing duo Amalia and Georg whom despise one another all throughout their careers. Georg, believing Amalia is stuck up; Amalia, under the impression Georg is crude. Each person writes to an unidentified pen pal at the end of each day, pledging love to their pen pals—ceasing to realize they’ve been writing to one another the whole time.
The music is correlated by Jerry Bock, and the lyrics have been written by Sheldon Harnick to bring forward a deeper meaning in love to resonate with the entire audience.
This play will be airing in the Edward C, and Ann T. Roberts Foundation Theater on Tuesday from 7:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. students and staff may get tickets with the following link:
