Howl this Week at UHart!

The Hartt Theatre Division will be bringing Playwright Sarah DeLappe’s drama “The Wolves,” to theatre, this week at the University of Hartford.

A synopsis of the play states it follows nine young women on a soccer team throughout their pre-game workouts. Each woman carries forward different lifestyles, stories, and obstacles that they converse about with one another in their sports and personal lives.

The play even leads to deeper conversations throughout its progression. It raises serious conversations about genocide, the instability of greed which drags humanity to chaos, eating disorders, and the role gender and sexual identity play within our society.

The play is issued with a trigger warning for sexual assault, classism, racism, and eating disorders.

The production of “The Wolves,” will carry throughout April 6th – April 8th. The first performance will take place April 6th from 7:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. in the Edward C. and Ann T. Roberts Foundation Theater. The other times of this event will be posted down below:
