Women’s Volleyball’s is on a-role, with no signs of slowing down anytime soon. After a weekend at the Cornell Invitational with a  3-0 record on the season, the women’s volleyball is already-off to a splendid start.

On Tuesday, September 10th, 2019, the women’s team clean-house at the America East weekly awards, taking home three of the four honor awards for their sports performances. For a second time in many weeks, and fifth time during her career, senior middle blocker Jenna Bridges took home the award for Player of the Week. Junior setter Megan Anderson took home Setter of the Week for the fourth time, while freshman Maddie Lindsay was named the teams Rookie of the Week.

The Women’s Volleyball team is hoping to extend their winning streak for a fourth time in-a-row when they head to their next competition, the Dartmouth Invitational this weekend.

Hartford will first take on Fordham on Friday, before they play Dartmouth and Hofstra on Saturday, in back to back games.

We stand behind the team, no matter win or lose, UHART is with you all the way. Good Luck.
