The Ultimate Fighting Championships, also known as UFC 243, took place last weekend on the 5th of October in Melbourne, Australia. It crowned a new undisputed middleweight champion, Nigerian-New Zealander mixed artist, and boxer Israel Adesanya. Adesanya, who is a 30 year old from Lagos, Nigeria, won the tournament hands down. Less than four years ago, Adesanya was a fan watching UFC tournaments. Now in the year 2019, he’s maintaining a 18-0 record and accomplsihing a lot of goals. He’s beating Robert Whittaker to become the undisputed middleweight champion on the night of October 5th. Whittaker finished the fight in the second round with a right hook, however, it soon followed by a left hook from Adesanya who end Whittaker chances of winning and took home the win.
