As the semester winds down for winter and Thanksgiving break, the University is still offering various events, physically distanced in person and online to keep you entertained and engaged before the break.

Morning Tai Chi 

Start your morning off embracing mind, body, and spirit with a Tai Chi session lead by Professor Glen Admit on the Harry Jack Gray Lawn from 9:30-10:30 am. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to learn Tai Chi.

De-stress Zone: Midday Yoga

Could not make morning Tai Chi? Here is another event that will help you, de-stress. Held by the Event and Activities Team, this Yoga session will take place in GSU 335, the Simsbury Room, from 1-2 pm. 

Leader Shift: Back to the Future

This free online webinar will be held from 4-6 pm. (Link to register https://bit.ly/3dI1R8b). In this presentation, there will be a discussion of the uncertainty we are currently living in and tips and tricks to help navigate the unforeseen changes.

2020 First Annual 5k Turkey Trot

From 9-11 am, all faculty, staff, and students are welcome to walk, run, or trot the 5k. The event will be held at Alumni Plaza. There will also be a Prize for the best costume!
