I joined The Informer my sophomore year because I heard that there was help needed with the website, along with creating a social media account. I wasn’t the strongest writer when I first joined, but after editing many articles before publishing them online, it really helped me to strengthen my own writing skills. 

As Editor-in-Chief, my job is to oversee The Informer’s weekly publication and create content to publish on our website and social media platforms.

When I am not writing for The Informer, I’m usually working on projects for different classes or hanging out with friends. I’m also the Vice President of the Sports Business Association, where I help promote our events for people to attend. Their Instagram is @uhartsba. Also, I am an intern for Belly Up Sports, where I assist in creating content for their social media. 

I am from Hauppauge, New York, where my parents raised me. Fun fact, I also have a twin brother, along with a younger sister. After college, I plan to find a job or an internship in my field of interest.
