On February 1st, the University of Hartford will be celebrating the Lunar New Year, by having a celebratory dinner at the University Commons.

This dinner, welcoming the year of the tiger will start at 4:30 P.M. , and will continue until closing.

This celebratory feast will include dishes such as Cantonese-style Pollack, Mandarin-style Egg Drop Soup, Vegetable egg rolls as well as the classic burgers, and build your own sandwich station at the Deli portion of Commons. The desserts will include Rice pudding, cookies, citrus cake, and peach cobbler.
