Do you care about climate change, and have a creative way of advertising the issue? Well now is your chance!

Enter the University of Hartford Climate Shorts Contest to tell the world about climate change in your own creative way! All you have to do is create a fact-based video that is less than three minutes. If you are working in a team, this team must include a student at the University of Hartford in order to be eligible to apply. Below is a list of aspects of climate change that you could cover:

· climate change impacts

· climate change costs

· how to fight climate change

· what other countries, institutions, or individuals are doing

· reducing your carbon footprint

· how the University is reducing its carbon footprint

· environmental justice

Applications are due by Midnight on March 16th, 2022. The top applicants will be recognized during an online event that will take place on March 30th at 5 PM. This event is hosted with the Worldwide Teach-In for Climate and Justice. The top individual or team will be selected at this event and will be rewarded with a $500 cash prize!
