“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage, to continue, that counts.” –Winston Churchill.

If you are majoring in Business and Communications here at the University of Hartford, we have an amazing opportunity for you this week!

Monday, April 10th from 1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Monica Earle, senior manager at Duolingo will be coming to UHART.

Duolingo is an American educational technology company that produces its content through learning apps, which walk people interested in learning other languages to a diverse language certification.

She will be discussing her journey to the top of the corporate world, along with giving insight into the experiences she has had working within the field of communication and public relations.

Students will be provided the opportunity to interact with Monica Earle in a Questions and Answers session throughout the course of the seminar, as well as providing some helpful tips for students who plan on going into the field of communications within their future careers.

This event will take place in the Harry Jack Grey Center in room E228 and will be hosted by UHART’s Public Relations Student Society (PRSSA).

All students and staff are welcome to attend this event.

For further questions on the details of this seminar, please contact Anita Moodie at her designated email: [email protected].

We hope to see you there!
